Whinging, weather and weeds

Iz tired. Worky work wank stuff - idjit doctors who need to learn how to communicate idjit folks who dreamed up computer charting thingy that bears little resemblance to home care nursing, colleagues who don't know where to put the garbage and chemo contaminated syringes. Thank goodness patients are mostly wonderful.

And I'm sorry your jaw is still giving you trouble. Perhaps with time that particular problem will cease to be a bother.

hugs to you, time is a great healer, but I'm under pressures and my magic wand isn't working. Minions are sadly lacking too. Sophie is quite happy thank goodness. According to many web pages, dog bladder stones take months to get sorted.

Poor Brambling and the storms and Sophie and her renal calculi. Does she get pain with them? :(

And no matter how short staffed, you need to take care of yourself too. The powers that be are all very good at pushing more work, but less so at making sure their nurses aren't inadvertantly burning themselves out. *hugs*

Good for your supervisor! I couldn't sit behind a nice comfy desk if I knew my staff was running themselves ragged to see everyone.

Sophie seems to be pain free. A few weeks ago, she peed out a pair of stones right in front of me. Not a peep- stones are a good size. Here's a pic.
