Woke in a fog with cellphone ringing at half-past when I should have been up and sipping tea, calling patients and getting my act together. Fog is making it very hard to get my act together.

The gods shined on me, patient whose IV I am to start very pleasant. Pharmacy cocked up and supplies that should have been there yesterday, will not be

Hope the migraine is gone. You scored some great stuff at the yard sales. 'Tis the season indeed. I bought a sewing machine for $8 last week. It's an older model of the one I already own, but reverse is busted on mine.

We are in the midst of planning the 'garage sale of doom.' I have this itch to clean house and rid myself of things that have gone unused for years. It's daunting, but I can't wait.

I have stopped doing yard sales- my location doesn't get a great deal of traffic. Also, what people did come didn't seem to take much - or pay much -waste of my time. So now I list things on craig's list type sites, freecycle or donate to Salvation Army. I love going to yard sales mind you.
