Information on Geisha/Oiran
So my library has great books on geisha and geisha culture, but I don’t want to check them out every time I want a post idea for Kiyoha. As a general note, all of these things pertain to geisha, not oiran unless specified otherwise. - She's not sure how old she is; she's between nineteen and twenty-one, and will lie about her age depending on what she thinks the other person would like more of her.

Oiran/geisha have a really wide variety of hairstyles that they wear, and each one "says" something different. There's quite a lot of information about these hairstyles and what they commonly convey, so there are better sources than me to learn about that kind of thing.
