yesterday (and wednesday night) we got snow. like, a foot. give or take. (i have understandably not been outside to measure.) it's kind of soothing being inside while it's snowing a lot outside. i don't miss having to shovel, altho i'm a little antsy about whether or not the snow will have melted enough by tuesday that i can go to physical

Love the article on the porch display! Apparently it kept getting added to, I clicked over to the facebook page and there's more pictures including flamingos and krampus. I love this person's sense of humor and unwillingness to back down :)

It's straight-up, self-entitled harassment. And that neighbor deserves everything she gets. Including the "plague doctor" skeleton, which was hilarious.
Randomly, I _hate_ that my name is being used to convey that personality stereotype. Geez. In fact, my name went out of favor long before the birth of the generation of busybodies it's usually applied too.
But in conclusion... Hippos are festive A.F. Apparently. ;)

a friend of mine's mom is also a karen and equally hates that her name is used for that stereotype. it's totally unfair, i agree.
