lady pirates! i have no plot and no idea how things worked on a pirate ship - or any ship, actually - everything i know about pirates i learned from pirates of the caribbean - but i have a lot of women on a pirate ship doing the pirating and that's kind of exciting.

if ever there was an american bridge to jump off of.... the pics kind of make me want to do that too.

i spent some quality time at work today looking up stuff about sailing ships, so the pirates might even make some kind of vague sense! i just hope i can come up with some good drama.

pirates! \o/ i started looking stuff up today so i'd have a vague idea what i was doing, and now i'm a little excited.

to be honest, the idea of getting someone to make art for my fic is easily half the reason i do bigbang in the first place. (the other half is because there's actually an audience for it.) so i want to pick an idea that someone will really want to illustrate.
