On True Blood: I agree about the queen. The slash reference and her many vessels were there to make her look fun and interesting but despite the help, she just didn't pull it off!
Eric's constant need for Suckeeeh is kind of meh. One could, I suppose, chalk it up to some pride thing (I always get what I want!) but it doesn't come across that way. I loved the scene with the kids too.

I noticed with Sookie too, maybe it is logical with the amount of stress she's been under that she kind of look tired and worn out but I don't know... :/

evan rachel wood was just... bland. the ptb have written dynamic vampires - even godric wasn't that boring - but you'd think the queen would show a little more personality and not just try to trade on the fact that she's a lesbian and likes to play yahtzee with her minions. she didn't have any spark.

my best guess is that eric is interested in sookie because she can read minds (but not vamp minds!) and he's never encountered that in a human before. she's exciting and desirable because she's different. either that or he wants her because she belongs to bill, which is immature but i'd totally buy it if it were the case.
