well, I thought and thought about some kind of critism to say, seeing as this is anonymous and all, but I couldn't think of anything. Even after looking back at some of your fics. :D lol
I think you are a really talented writer and I absolutely love your fics!
All I have to say is, I wish you would update more often...

yes, i have a bad habit of not updating, at least with chapterfics, rofl. ;; but i'm definitely writing as much as i can while i'm on summer break and while my muse cooperates. :)

i believe you (and mcgrjc6 the one who gives you ideas) have read this fanfiction: "The Killer's Nightmare" by sammirish. there are even comments left by you in some chapters. similarities in plot, details, characters are evident in your fanfiction which is posted after she did. you can close both eyes and say it's mere coincidence, or perhaps you were even INSPIRED by her fanfiction. but i believe that even if you change the pairing and throw in a few other characters, it's still too much of a coincidence ( ... )

Making the accusation of plagiarism is a serious, serious thing that should never be taken lightly. It needs to be backed up with concrete examples and evidence, which I find you have not done here at all. You have made some vague references to characters, plot, and details, but even comparing characters I find almost no similarities between Obsidian and The Killer's Nightmare. The only similarity I see is that both are related to mafia/assassin verse, which has been such an oft-used AU theme I cannot see how you can use this as the main reason for this plagiarism allegation. You do realize that there are many fandoms, such as Prince of Tennis, that dabble in mafia and assassin verse ( ... )

I never said you left the comment. It's awesome that you're posting with your username. It's your name and your fic on the line, after all. You should be the first one to defend it.

I'm not "coming after" anyone. You can defend someone, a friend or whomever without being outright rude, which is all your friend was from the very beginning.

I not going to excuse myself to you for whatever I said. This is my impression of her and I would be extremely disappointed if a friend did what yours did.

You asked her to post anon????? That just made things worse! You should have messaged roselit directly instead of letting someone post it here on your behalf. You knew your friend (whoever she is) would do it.

Why not set the record straight from the very beginning?

You believe roselit is plagiarizing? Then you go TO HER with hard evidence instead of asking someone DO IT for you ( ... )

I'm going to have to agree with everyone else that replied to you, unless you have exact quotes that are basically the same thing "__________ did this, then did this. He asked ________ this and then they did this __________" then your argument would be valid.

If it's NOT that and literally characters are switched out for Yoochun and Changmin instead, then I think your friend needs to stop being butthurt over a storyline that's probably been used over and over again. No one has original ideas. Even if its based on your experience, someone may have already written that somewhere for something else.

And I have to say that's pretty harsh to say "if you want to deny all of this, i'd just have to say that only you will know whether you have copied any of her ideas in your fanfiction. and if you really are not guilty at all, then... *shrugs* at least some clarification is made." that. I don't know roselit but, how do you even know that she gets her ideas from this mcgrjc6 person? That's kind of... odd, yet very specific. As well as it sounds like you ( ... )

Yeah...just wanted to pop in and say that myself and roselit created this together and continue to write it together. We consult with each other at every step of this fic. And we both believe this is our "baby" in a sense. I am, and I know roselit, are extremely distraught at this accusation.

oh and we are rl friends too so we talk very often, constantly XD;;

A/N: So this is the result of a collaborative effort: me writing, [info]mcgrjc6 providing most of the main plot ideas. For those of you coming here from my personal journal ([info]roselit), this is the secret surprise I was talking about! :x It was started back in April (2008) and slowly (because I write slow & summer school kinda sucks XD), this fic was born! But it's still incomplete & under the works, though I'm about halfway through. I hope you'll all enjoy this as much as I enjoy writing it! :)

yes, i do admit that i have read some of that fic and have left comments on it every time i did read a chapter. but i haven't read anything beyond the last chapter i commented on, namely because rl got in the way of things & i fell behind on everything related to lj.

as for your accusations on similarities in plot, details, and characters - first and foremost, after recalling what i could from the 10 or 11-some odd chapters of killer's nightmare that i did read, i could find no similarities whatsoever. other than jaejoong being a top assassin in his respective organization in each fic, i don't see any other similarities in character details. of course, i will be going through and rereading killer's nightmare to refresh my memory, so i'll get back to you on these so-called "similarities ( ... )
