As I sit here on the couch enjoying my morning coffee while the bebe sleeps, I've been thinking about what i've achieved over the past couple of months and what i hope to achieve this year (heavy thoughts for 6.30am, but hey, i've been up since 4.30). We’ve started tentatively looking at houses again - sadly, there’s not a huge amount on the market - well, nothing that’s really caught our eye since Greenwood Street. Ouch
I had my apicoectomy yesterday. I was quietly shitting myself all day, but work kept my mind off it. Pete picked me up, we ate something and then he dropped me off after leaving his number to be called for my pick up. The surgery itself was OK (as ok as dental surgery can be). It's been a good week.
* I've been to gym 4 days (i have Fridays off).
* My best friend is back from Thailand now, and had a brilliant time. It's made me even more excited about pending travels OS next year with Pete. We're planning to visit my mum in NZ - fly into Auckland and drive to Christchurch - meet mum there and then travel into the Alps ( Read more... ) -

So, Poita and I quit smoking on the 12th October - it's been 3 months now, to the day - It's our first official "Q" Day.
