What constitutes a panty throwing moment? And how does that work? Do a bunch of women reach down under their skirts and take them off just in case their is a panty throwing moment? Cause it would be damn hard to get them off in one moment as soon as you need them. And what if you are wearing pants? I think girls just go to concerts with an extra pair of panties in their purse or pocket or something. Conspiracy!
