Workouts and Pubbing

Wednesday morning I did my trainer workout:

15 min warm up
3 X (5 min simualted hill, 2 min ez, 2 min fast, 1 min ez)
4 x 30 sec 1 leg drills
10 min cool down

Then after work, I swam about 2500, then lifted wieghts at the Y.

Thursday night, my friend Jennifer, and I went to Jack and Adam's to meet up for the pub run. This time it was Champion's ( Read more... )

So you drank beer in the evening and then got up early to do a trainer workout before going to the office? WOW - that's good.
