Workouts and Pubbing

Wednesday morning I did my trainer workout:

15 min warm up
3 X (5 min simualted hill, 2 min ez, 2 min fast, 1 min ez)
4 x 30 sec 1 leg drills
10 min cool down

Then after work, I swam about 2500, then lifted wieghts at the Y.

Thursday night, my friend Jennifer, and I went to Jack and Adam's to meet up for the pub run. This time it was Champion's (4th and San Jacinto), Logan's (Brazos and 6th), Ringers (Colorado), and then Lil' Woodrow's (6th and something) :)

It was a fun night.

I am suppose to swim today.... I just don't know if I can squeeze it into my busy day.
