I have been working really hard on UFO's lately. But, have taken a break from them to start on a new "artsy/bizarre" wallhanging.......here's the part i have done. He's a cutie!   The colors in the photo aren't quite right, but you get the idea.  He is "popping out" of either a gopher hole or a volcano.........

I finished the top for my "Saturday Sampler" this long weekend. I didn't finish using one of the "Three Sisters" formats, but I like it this way.  The top middle block took me, I swear, at least five hours to do......a lot of ripping!  Now I'm anxious to get it quilted.  I  am going to piece the backing with what i have left of the brown and pink ( Read more... )

This is the ornament that I am making my sisters-in-law this year for Christmas.  One is done and delivered, and am still working on the other one!
I made a list of things to accomplish over this long weekend, and am making progress at it! Yea.
