So, I'm participating in a thread on a blog and a majority of the comments (including mine) are going direction A. The day after the original posting and over 60 comments later, a mod puts up a general note that the OP isn't about A but about B & the comments should go in that direction from now on. An observation
Anyone else notice that when someone says something along the lines of 'That's just what we have to do.', they really mean 'That's just what you have to do.'?
I'm really over this 'we' bullshit, when there is no 'we', just me busting my ass off with no acknowledgment of my effort. -

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World
I watched the Scott Pilgrim movie last night and was dissapointed. For me it suffered from the same problem Watchmen did - they got all the visual stuff perfect, but fell down on the story telling and both ultimately missed the point of those original stories. Reading in the new decade!
So in an attempt to both post more and keep track of what I'm reading in a better manner, I'm taking inspiration from how wesleysgirl tracks her books instead of trying to keep up with a standard list.
I don't really have a goal for reading this year, but I would like to get at least 40 books read. (fingers crossed!)
