Oooh, fried perogies are amazing. I ate them far too often when I worked in a restaurant that had 'em on the menu. I like to eat them with bacon and mushrooms.
Oh, god, I know. I have always lobed perogies because they are cheap and yummy but when my husband first fried them for me (no wonder I married him--he also showed me the cheesy enchilada burrito) I gained a whole new love for them. I wish I knew of a place where they serve them! That restaurant sounds awesome!
