SCHOOL IS BACK!
I've never been so happy to be back in school after a break- but I'm really, really looking forward to my classes this semester. Today was only one- Child Language- but the prof seems really nice, and the exams and things don't seem like they'll be too hard... and there are no assignments! (THUMBS UP!)

My first midterm was today, a Saturday (boo.)

It's also the shortest exam I have ever written. 54 multiple choice questions, we were given 2 hours; I was done in the first fifteen minutes. Seriously; answers all circled in my test booklet, Scantron sheet filled in, name on paper, ducks in a row- Done. In fifteen minutes. I'm anxious to get it back ( Read more... )

WORK:
I didn't get the promotion at work. But this is ok. I didn't really expect to get it. I'm not really available for the hours they'd want me (Saturday + WHAT EVER ELSE THEY WANT ANY SHIFT WHENEVER THEY DECIDE TO CALL).
