[Guess who just looked at the map on the profile and found that house #15 is right near community housing building #2. So therefore Istara's out on her way to do some errands. She's just gotten out of the building and she sees that first house on the left, which has someone sitting outside, reading, it looks like. Immediately after seeing the person she realizes who that long white hair belongs to -- it's that Squalo guy. Funny how close he lives now that she's found out.
