Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry Recipe
Another recipe!
Well, really just me throwing things into a wok, but:- frozen vegetables, about half a bag
- ~1 lb of stew meat, marinaded in honey teriyaki sauce over night
- yakisoba noodles (i was lazy and used the cold packaged ones from the store)
- heat the noodles in the microwave, per instructions
- drain the meat of excess sauce (use a mesh strainer)

Figured I might as well dust off this journal for some recipe time.
First off: second attempt at Japanese beef curry: Ultimate Fail.
Couldn't even dredge up effort to eat it :/ beef over browned, entire layer of onions burned to charcoal on bottom and sides of pan, used mom's lunch apple by mistake.

I have been sewing for a little over a year, and last summer a close friend from high school gave me the fabric for two skirts.

Resolutions for the new year
Dear LJ,
Just some resolutions for the coming (and hopefully last!!) semester.
In no particular order:- Be more assertive
- Be more articulate
- Take names and kick ass in Gas Dynamics
- Remind boys that as corrector, I have control of final grade in GD, and therefore study groups are a Good Thing ;D
- Read more books
