Things every parent, pet owner, or just plain neat freak should thank the gods for:

Latex gloves

Disinfectant

Paper towels

Stain remover

Candles/Incense/air freshener

Febreeze

Medical soap and hot showers

My lab puppy has a sensitive stomach, littlest things set him off, And we can't ever pinpoint what it was. Poor thing is kind of like his mama in that ( Read more... )

*nod nod nod*

Our dog freaks out when the weather's bad (wet, or just thunder) and goes all over the floor (usually where we have to walk - never go to the kitchen in the dark). Our rabbit produces prodigious amounts of poo that is really vile to clean up (it has hair mixed in with it and doesn't break down well - our yard is like a weird sculpture park). And I don't let the dog in my room any more because he inevitably pukes in my bag. Yech.

WARNING, VET STUDENT MODE HAS BEGUN:

Sounds like your rabbit has a hair problem. You could put some hairball solution in his food, or brush him more often and the hair would probably show up a lot less. (Also, what quality of food do you feed?) This is just me being curious. ^^; Not insulting your pet ownership.

Bunnykins is a bit cranky and doesn't like a lot of handling, so we don't brush him (clipping his nails is drama enough). Currently his staple food is lucerne cubes (we can't give him hay due to the design of his hutch - it blows out the bottom, dog brings it inside and chews it up all over the place), supplemented with fresh vegies (carrot and celery are his faves) and the occasional handful of grass or dandelion leaves from the yard.

Aghh! My cats have a pretty bad habit of horking up hairballs or vom on the arm chair, bed, or braided rug.
And they back up and make it about the length of my foot. Whyyy?

I've come home to find my kitten, Smeagol, laying in someone's hairball/vom combination(I don't know if it was hers, or the older cat, Sophie's)

I got that confused too! I was like, you have a lab pet as a pet pet?

I wish i'd had a face mask. D:

I thought briefly about putting a bandanna on bandit style, but decided to just get it over with instead.

This is me on a bi-weekly basis.
It's a labor of love we animal lovers must commit to. ;)

Add a 6.5 foot tall, four story ferret cage with two shit-machines inside, and then you got a REAL blasty-blast... especially if you only happen to be 5'2"!
