Gwen and I took a trip out to Blake's this past Sunday. Crisp fall breezes greeted us as traipsed through the rows of trees, looking for the perfect yellow and red delicious apples. Yesterday we spent the afternoon at the Cider Mill with our 2.5 year old granddaughter Skye. The day was beautiful, about 70 degrees with a clear blue sky. The site was crowded and we had to wait in long lines for the Pony ride, train ride and Pumpkin Bounce house. It was worth the wait just to see Skye's joy while she enjoyed the activities.
