I have really, really small boobs. They're also weirdly shaped, which makes buying a bra a PAIN IN MY ASS. TIT. WHATEVER. I'm typically a 34A. See? Pre-teens got more rack than this.

Anyhoo, I've been thinking about buying a bra. A "real" one. ( onwards brave tmi readers! )

Well, I have no advice for you re: bra buying. I just want to know why the fuck such a tiny bit of material costs so goddamn much!

Have to say that for me at least Maidenform "One Fabulous Fit" collection are far and away the most comfortable. I own several Victoria Secret Bras (and an Ipex) but I mostly wear the maidenform ones because they're the most comfortable.

I've been looking at Maidenform! I had one years ago and do believe I actually liked it, I've seen nothing but good reviews and Macy's has a SALE.

I wish I could help you with this, but dude. What nature didn't give you, it gave me. In spades. I just try and find things that'll hold them up above my waist while not cutting off circulation to my neck.

Boobs are almost as annoying to me as blood spraying from my vagina. Just thinking about having more to haul up gives me rosacea.
I think I was supposed to be a dude. Having just trimmed my fantastic goatee only makes me think this more.

Is there a store somewhere around you that specializes in bras? 'Cause you really should be properly fitted for one since most women wear the wrong size.

And good thing you've got Xmas money 'cause those puppies are expensive!

There's a lady in West Nashville that's owned her own shop for years and is honestly FAMOUS in the area for not letting you walk out the door without the perfect fitting bra.

Unfortunately, I think I could put a down payment on a car for her services. Heee. I may check her out anyway the next time I'm in that part of town.

As I boob-haver, I can't speak to the gap issue, BUT. I second your thought about Vicky's Secrets. Their fit is always weird, plus you have to go to the store and it's a lot of overload of STUFF in that store, imho. Plus, they are, for the most part, way, WAY over-priced.

I like Hanes. They're relatively cheap, you can order online, they're usually made of comfy stuff like soft cotton and microfiber, they're got ones with wire and no wire, and even sports ones too, if you decide, "aww, fuck it" (:P), and if something isn't right, they're really really good about returns.

There you have it: My two (thousand) cents on boob holders. :D

I'm kinda stupid sometimes, because I LOVE Hanes panties and stay perpetually annoyed that all the stores around here only have super small or super large or fugly colors in stock? Well, NOW I CAN HAS ALLLL ZEEE PANTIES, EEEEEE!!! hahaha.

Really, thank you so much for the link. Know one thing I was thinking when I made this post? "Man, my whole flist has big boobs. If anybody knows bras, it's these chicks." :D
