I thought I'd break my updates up into sections to evaluate how I've been doing on my New Year Resolutions.( Cut for blathering about food and weight and flossing. )

Whenever I have a hard time getting myself in the mood for running, I tell myself I only need to run for just 10 minutes. Usually once I'm out there, I'll go ahead and run longer anyhow. But even if I only do those 10 minutes and then come in, I'm pleased that I at least kept my running streak alive for another day. I like that you're building in regular rewards too :)
