I've been having an inordinate amount of fun lately - the weather's (slightly) cooler, there are fun things to do around town, and friends have come a-visiting. Some highlights:

- Hiking around fabulously awesome places like Tonto Natural Bridge, Sedona's Oak Creek Canyon, South Mountain, and Camelback Mountain.

So the year is halfway over, and I thought I'd sum up my New Year's goals progress:

Part One: Things Accomplished

- Complete the New Rules of Lifting book.
It took me about a year to go through all of the workouts, even without doing the interval rests as prescribed. Not sure what to focus on lifting-wise now - maybe I'll get a new book?
