I realize I haven't posted in forever and a day, but I just had to get this out of my head so I can stop thinking about it at least for a little bit. I am currently making a failed attempt at writing a rough draft of a paper for my English class that is to be 8 to 10 pages long. The rough draft itself need only be 6 pages. Ok, so I am jobless again. I was so sure I was going to keep that temp job, but unfortunately, business dried up to the point that they had to let all the temps go. Nobody was able to stay. Got a call back from a job I applied to today. I now have a (temporary) job at a company in Carrolton where I will be refurbishing barcode scanners. They will be starting me off at $13 an hour. This may only be until mid February, but hey, a paycheck is a paycheck. Plus, you never know what might happen if I do a good enough job ( Read more... )
