Got a call back from a job I applied to today. I now have a (temporary) job at a company in Carrolton where I will be refurbishing barcode scanners. They will be starting me off at $13 an hour. This may only be until mid February, but hey, a paycheck is a paycheck. Plus, you never know what might happen if I do a good enough job.

Also, due to my happiness, I did a rather successful experiment with food, which of course made me even more happy. For the past I don't know, I've gotten in the habit of ordering large pizzas and making them last for 2-3 days. Anything was a nice change, but this was fantastic.

1 - 5 count can of Pillsbury flaky biscuits
1 - 10 3/4 oz can of Cambell's Cream Of Mushroom Soup (condensed)
1/2 Chicken Breast

Do not add water to the soup, leave it condensed. Pre-cook chicken breast and dice into small pieces. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Split biscuits in half and place lower half on baking sheet. Place diced chicken and one spoonful of condensed soup on lower half of biscuit. Gently spread out top half of biscuit and place over lower half, pinching sides shut. Place in middle rack of oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.

This, of course, was designed for myself for one meal and a couple extras if I feel like a snack later. Increasing the size of the servings is relatively easy. There will be plenty of soup left over with the current recipie, so if you enlarge the recipie, depending on how many you intend to make, you may not have to add another can. In the process of making this, I also added a bit of salt and black pepper to the soup, and put some of the soup on the chicken as I grilled it. Flavor it to taste as you see fit.
