after weeks of trial and error I feel like I am finally perfecting my crepe roses. I really like the ones I have made in the past few days. Bonding the crepe paper with spray adhesive instead of glue sticks works wonders, now I can't wait to try a decent brand of spray adhesive because the Elmer's is no good (but is what Rite Aid had).

For some crazy reason I've decided to take a class this semester. I was going to take a sewing class at City but it is closed so I am going to wait until the fall when I will have a higher priority registration. I searched through all the classes offered earlier on M/W/F and found an Astronomy class offered Friday mornings from 9:00 to 12:05. I've ( Read more... ) -
Rose Comb II
I finished my first comb. I am pretty satisfied with the results, although I will probably use a smaller main rose on the next one. I am going to make a hair clip/fascinator in the same theme as I believe it may be much easier to put in ones hair.
