sucking air with a couple of teachers during a pd wellness day. about an hour so that translates to about 8-9km overall which means about 7km running. stupid side stitches. need more endurance for soccer.

i am geek, hear me code... i finally bought a 20GB iPod with my tax return only to discover that in fact it is a $600 (incl usb 2 cable, gst etc) paperweight. it worked for a glorious (no lousy radio stations in the car!) 36h before it kept displaying the apple logo repeatedly on the screen without booting properly. no response to a reset or disk ( Read more... )

After thinking about how teaching has consumed my life over the past 8 months, I feel terribly disconnected from my friends.
