This has been all over LJ so you've probably already seen it, but here are previews (apparently shown at some convention) of the hour long season premiere of Family Guy, in which they're doing a Star Wars parody.

I loved this commercial years ago when it was out. Unfortunately, I haven't run across anyone that remembers it. Kick ass commercial and I love the music. It says 1994 on the video, but I seem to recall seeing it when I lived in Phoenix, which would have been no later than '92. Was the orchestrated version of Purple Haze ever released? Today I saw a really neat commercial where a guy is stuck in traffic and grows wings. It's the CGI that makes the commercial and it's really done well.
