My work finally decided to block personal e-mail and myspace. Oddly enough Livejournal comes out of this decision unscathed. I figured it was only a matter of time before this happened. Of course when WaMu did this it only lasted about a day, so we'll see if it sticks.

So, I've been on the Slim Fast diet now for about 3 weeks or so. Gotta say the diet itself isn't the easiest diet in the world to stick to. One of those diets where you really don't eat much food. I've been doing it though, sticking to it most every day, and so far it's paid off. I've lost about 11 pounds already, which comes out to about 4 ( Read more... )

I lost a friend today that was with me all throughout high school and there after. My dog Zelda died sometime lest night at my parents house. She was a great dog, always friendly, always happy to see me. As of late she started to get really bad joint pain going up and down the stairs and trying to keep up with the puppy. Last minute schedule changes suck, if I were to adjust my schedule for work at the last minute, I would be told no.  Why is this not the case when the higher up's decide it's okay to keep us an extra half an hour each day.  Swear to God this company is being run by baboons.

Yeah, I think this should be regular protocal for that sort of situation.
