POST!!!
Hey everyone who might read this. Little update on the happenings in my life.
Went to NERO this weekend, ran my mod, had some fun doing it. One of those things where y our not having fun while it's going on and then afterwards you reflect and relize that it was fun. Everyone loved it, said it was the best mod of the year and the such, so that kinda lifted my spirits.
Came to the realization recentlly that I'm just not that big a fan of NERO anymore. It's just really not that entertaining of a game for me anymore. I mean I go to see people, but a lot of the people I want to see I could just call and hang out with for free. That and a lot of players of become jaded it seems. Espically those of us who have been playing for many years, we can't used to certain things that seem to be what the game is starting to lean to. Things like packet delivered formal, cracktastic abilities such as cantrips, and it leaves everyone to complain. No one ever seems to be happy with anything, yet they still go. It seems like a lot of people are just clinging to this idea of what the game used to be. Don't get me wrong there are still a lot of people who enjoy it for what it is. Just tierd of hearing the same complaints after every event, and I'm tierd of complaining the same compalints myself. Ahh well, gonna probably try going to Nexus to see if I end up enjoying it again, maybe it's just Chicago.
Other then that, looking forward to this weekend. Going to the Ren Fair during the day then to Jojo's concert at night, should be fun. Other then that, not much else to report.
