Today I gave blood at the redcross blood drive at the community center. It felt really good to give life by doing something so simple and trivial to me (only a pint of my blood) that can go and save up to 3 people. I say 3 people, because as they take your blood, they divide it out into plasma, platelets, and blood cells. They then gave me a water ( Read more... )

I visited my paternal grandparents today, which is the grandparents I see less often, and it was a lot of fun. I regret not seeing them as much as I do. They are really good people, and I'm going to try to make a mission to see them more often now. They even gave me an open invitation to use their Niantic Bay Yacht Club membership with my friends ( Read more... )
