The blogs are so much emptier than they once were. Like a grand and noble house, now full of empty rooms and furniture with blue striped dust covers. And yet I think the blog form is quite perfect for a writer. Let others move on to new partners; I will revolve through the fading ballrooms, embracing ghostly, perhaps nonexistent readers ( Read more... )

I'm still here . . . LJ is too convenient for me as a personal record, and there are still enough people here to keep me engaged.

(Fandom has mostly gone elsewhere, though. The chatter is on Twitter and the flamewars are on Tumblr and the fic is all on AO3.)

Here's hoping the project of your heart works out and gets picked up.

US TV is a cut throat business. Am I the only one who thinks the current pilot systme is not necesserily the best way of sourcing good material??? Better luck next time!
