Long conference, no chairs at desk so stood for 14 hours per day for the last three days. feet dead. Conference well received so will decide it was worth it once my feet heal.

Not able to read everything so let me know if there is something I missed. I'm going to go sit on a couch and poke my feet.

figures.. got a head cold with the in and out of ac in Florida. Plus the woman sitting next to me on the flight home sneezed constantly.

I swear.. this conference really is trying to kill me.

exhausted. depressed. worked my ass off and while most of what I touched worked out ok, some stuff did not and the evaluations are brutal and painful. "wasted five days" is not something you want to read when you've worked for months and months on something ( Read more... )

Executive Seminars are 27 - 31.  Board Meeting was this weekend.  Community Consultants meetings all this week with no sign of boss getting out of them.  Shipping must happen on the 17th.

Yeesh.

I'm not inspired by work now. I used to love work - it was fun. Now, not so much. Boss just walked into his office and slammed his door shut behind him - rattling my desk. Saturday I was grateful when the combination of way too much Tylenol and caffeine finally kicked in and got rid of my migraine. Oh. My. Gods. Our poor poor poor IT guys.. I know they're working on it and I'm trying really hard not to be angry with them because I doubt it has anything to do with them.

But

Emails should not take 8 to 24 hours to arrive. And when they do so - it make my life extremely difficult.

Grr.

And I have a headache. Again. Blast.

Work email is not working today. My entire job consists of responding to email. My boss can't access the database - a good portion of her job consists of accessing the database. My other boss has computer issues of the not understanding computers type ( Read more... )
