I have been cleaning my flist of a veritable avalanche of HP comms that I no longer read, and made a small friends cut at the same time. This time last week I was planning to be all 'woo, one year since I gave up smoking!' but my triumph was somewhat overshadowed by the icky virus and case of laryngitis I had at the time.
