Interesting Concept, But It Doesn't Really Work That Way

Last night Bea was trying to get Brixton to pee before bedtime so as to avoid any middle of the night bathroom trips or accidents, and he sat on the potty and only a little bit came out.

Bea said "That's all? You don't have any more?"

"No," he replied, gesturing to his weenie, "Maybe you should take it apart and put more pee in it."

My daughter just turned three in April, and she definitely went through the "just a couple drips" accident stage. It lasted about two weeks and then things just went back to normal on their own.

Yeah, I actually think he's past it already ... no accidents in the last 2 days.

I just hosed them down whenever they peed on themselves. They decided it was easier to just use the toilet.

Believe me, he's still an angel at that. Wait until they begin to grasp sarcasm.

I don't understand why they aren't as witty as I was at their age...

Now, now, even out here in Oregon such a thing would be considered a bit abusive.

A standard shower is more than enough. It has even warmed up by the time you are done.

I hear boys are harder than girls, but Bea hooked it up in a week. Of course, that was a week of not leaving the house and of her reading to him on the potty for 2 hours at a time until he went.
