Mission(s) accomplished on 4 1/2 hrs sleep:
- Drive dad in 1988 Isuzu Trooper 30 minutes to Pickering, happily flapping hand out window to compensate for broken left rear indicator light when merging on highway and changing lanes.
- Indicator light, license plate light fixed, rear wiper replaced, front wipers and 1989 Isuzu I-mark hood stand

I'm SOOO happy to have those computers/electronics gone, from my place and from that room upstairs at my parents' that used to be my bedroom and is now the computer room.

Hey, update: UToronto is discontinuing its dialup service, so my mom is finally going to have to go for high-speed. Now where was that paper you gave me where you looked all those companies up for me?! Since my dad was having a good day, I broached the subjecct and talked about no longer tying up the phone line, but I also mentioned the DSL filters that he's very superstitious about and doesn't want. Bottom line, too bad.

Incidentally, dad thinks I drive too slow. I was being *careful*, especially since mum thinks I drive too fast. sheesh.
