Poor Laura. She rarely drinks caffeinated soda, but she loves Night Elf flavored Dew. She gulped down three cans of the stuff in the last six hours. Now she can't sleep.

I left the bedroom because she sometimes falls asleep faster if I'm not there, but I expect her to trot back out here in half an hour.

Laura cut her hair short. Very short. Pixie-cut short. She looks extremely cute!

She also discovered Hulu.com has Bones. Now I may never see her again.

Laura had her LEEP yesterday. It left her just a little bit shaken, but she said it was not as bad as her biopsy. She's a little sore, but she doesn't seem to be in any really serious pain, thank the gods. And, of course, she's enduring it all like a champ. First Laura's all like, "here, have some delicious carrots I brought home for you." Then she's like "ooh, let's watch one of your favorite shows!" I mean, jeez, just how much more can I give in this relationship?

Laura came over last night. As always, she had a most salubrious effect on me; I'm feeling much better now.

'Cause I just magically got my wish: I found myself wanting chocolate and junk food. Laura opens the door to go to her mothers' place tonight, and guess what was out there? A package from my mother, containing a ton of Easter candy for Laura and me- and yes, lots of chocolate.

Awesome, right?

Laura seems delighted with her Christmas gifts: A DS Lite and Chrono Trigger.

I am pleased.
