So it is my first day back on track, and I am doing pretty well. I haven't eaten anything yet and it is 4:18pm. So I think that is pretty good. I am just going to keep myself busy and do a bunch of stuff all day and then I won't feel like eating. Also I was told not to buy as much groceries for the money factor. I am really frustrated right now because I lost 7lbs. in the first week, but now I am stuck. It seems like my body won't move from 133. I know I can lose more weight because I see the nasty fat on my body, and everyone else can get down to 100lbs, and is as tall as me. I don't get it, am I destined to be fat? Does anyone drink alcoholic beverages? If so, will you please let me know. Cause i don't want to eat if i am going to go out and drink calories. Although i usually drink vodka and soda water so there is 100 calories per drink. But then if i don't eat i get really sick and a drag to be around. Please any advice would be helpful.
