First Day Back

So it is my first day back on track, and I am doing pretty well. I haven't eaten anything yet and it is 4:18pm. So I think that is pretty good. I am just going to keep myself busy and do a bunch of stuff all day and then I won't feel like eating. Also I was told not to buy as much groceries for the money factor. That is the best thing I could have heard about all day!!! What a great way to start off my day, don't buy groceries, yeah, then I can't eat!!! Wonderful. Also I didn't night eat last night. It was great. I am going to try to not night eat ever again. I am going to make small goals. Like this week I want to lose 2lbs. Then next week I am going to lose 3lbs and so on. I can't wait to get down to 117 or 110. I will feel so much better. Who ever says that weight will never make you happy is a total lier!!!! When I fit into my size 0's I feel like I could conquer the world, so there.
