So last night I went out with a little group of people to a fancy dress Mardi Gras party. It's not something I've been to before an it turned out to be a lot of fun, there was food, drink and music to dance to as well as a couple of demonstration dances which were amazing! It definitely makes me want to take up Salsa and all those fast, energetic,

That salsa is addictive.
My sister started doing it and now she does it nearly every night, and teaches classes.
She's never been so fit!
