I do not believe such a creature exists, and even if they did, they would not be able to exit the atmosphere. Birds need to breathe, and there is no breathable oxygen in space.

Theoretically, it is quite easy: all we need to do is invent a compressed space (a portable atmosphere) and the speed to break the grip of gravity.
