When Prime shot his rifle and transformed, Bee was right on his tail lights, shifting with a thought to his alt-mode and making straight for the altar. He didn't have a weapon he could access in this form, but he could attempt to draw at least some of the satyrs' attention from his friends, dancing ten feet or more over their heads, fast and agile.

Milky Rose jumped from spot to spot down the hill, going as quickly as she could without tripping over herself. With a muttered incantation, the wind changed, blowing at the backs of the Convoy's fighters. Anything helped.

"Get the prisoner!" he roared over his speakers, loud enough for the crew in the immediate area to hear him as he transformed back to robot-mode. He pulled his rifle out of its storage compartment in the same motion and fired three more shots, burning through the restraints that held the captive man down.

Skimming along over his commander's roof for added height, the little bright-yellow hover craft broke away last minute to race around the other side of the clearing, knocking satyrs off their feet before they could retaliate on Prime's attack. The Autobot leader's shots, precise as ever, freed the human's legs and near arm, and Bee took the far one, transforming in mid-air and landing on his feet, pistol in hand. He burned through the remaining restraint, then reached to haul the man off the altar into his arms, aiming to either carry him away or stuff them both under the table for shelter.

This was going to be interesting.
At the sight of the plasma blast, the little powder monkey took half a second to hitch the gourd a little higher up on his back before stepping out from his hiding spot to confront these creatures.

"Kill them quickly!" the tallest one rasped, gesturing with an oversized, clawed hand. "There's no time to lose, fools!"
His eyes fell upon the slight figure that carried the strange jug on his back, and immediately narrowed. "I'll begin with you." He towered over Gaara, half again the young man's height. Tendrils of darkness began to swirl around his hand, building up speed and size for a second or two before he cupped that hand and flung the ball of darkness at Gaara. It was a magical attack, and would drain away energy from whatever it touched.

The dark energy was thrown at him, and the sand shield reacted immediately, rearing up to catch the attack. The two forces fought a few moments, before the sand shield slowly slackened and crumbled with a dull hiss. Gaara watched the sand, looking slightly astonished, before glowering at the satyr. This fight may prove to be more difficult than anticipated.

Finally.
Sword drawn, Ichigo leapt out from behind the rock he'd been using as cover and took off down the hill, making a beeline for the prisoner.

He really could have cared less about rescuing some damned Organic. But a good fight was a good fight, and Dinobot was a warrior before anything else. "Dinobot, maximize!" Charging down the hill, the Predacon did not pause to give the recently changed activation code for his transformation, and changed forms mid-stride, grabbing for his sword as soon as his spine had finished becoming it.

Ichigo couldn't afford to be distracted right now, but it was definitely something he noticed with surprise. He had seen the dinosaur around the ship, and when he'd asked about it, he'd been told the ornery raptor was part of the crew. It was odd, but the Convoy was full of weird things. But Ichigo hadn't known the raptor could transform.
Well, if Dinobot was stronger this way, Ichigo wasn't going to complain about it. "No kidding," he said, running at the nearest satyr. "I was about ready to jump these guys by myself if I had to hold back any longer!"

Leaping the last few feet towards the enemy, he felt a lifting in his Spark. This was what he was built for! Well, that and quoting his own works, which he did, raising his sword. "And when the blast of war blows in our sensors, then imitate the action of the fighter; stiffen the gears, summon up the oil! The game's afoot: follow your spark, and upon this charge cry 'Now for ruin, now for wrath and a red dawn!'"

He was mildly concerned about the magical interference, though he didn't expect it to be too much of a problem. He could get by without using either of his 'magical' techniques quite easily.

The satyrs were close at hand, but on her way, she noticed another solo fighter: Ulquiorria Schiffer. If these creatures were as dangerous as Sam claimed, then they both needed as much help as they could get. She changed direction towards him, and asked, "Need a hand?"

He figured that he could probably do it alone, but he couldn't be certain as to whether the magic issues associated with the enemy would affect his release. If they were as powerful as they were warned, that would almost certainly be needed, especially if he was going to get it done in a timely fashion.
As such, a partner, especially one who he knew was capable, would probably, for once, be useful.

He jumped onto the rock he had been hiding behind until just now and opened fire, not really aiming for anything in general, trying more to create a distraction for the rescuers.

So she sat carefully on a rock, watching just in case anyone she actually knew needed help.

"Oi, if you're just going to sit there and nothing you can do that back on the ship."
Worried? Perish the thought! He was just annoyed, that's all.

One of the satyrs was hit with Kuro's gunfire. Gripping its wounded shoulder with a clawed hand, it turned to face the small feline, snarling. Injured and enraged, it didn't bother with an energy attack. Instead, it lunged for Kuro, lashing out at the cat with its uninjured arm.
