Characters: Hitsugaya and anyone on the Silvana? Content: After current events, Toshirou contemplates where he stands in all of it Setting: Deck of the Silvana Time: After Amicus Warnings: none yet
Sara Cruz walked up behind him and sat down on a bench, with that strange doll of hers sitting beside her. As long as he didn't bother her, she wouldn't bother him, she reasoned, but she found herself wondering just what he was doing with the sword. Usually, when people practiced with their weapons, it calmed them down, not the other way around.
Stopping mid swing with the bokken as he heard someone behind him, Toshirou glanced back over his shoulder half fearing it was Gin come to harass him. Seeing that it wasn't the silver haired man but someone else he straightened and lowered the sword.
"What?" He couldn't help but sound a bit annoyed but he tried not to let it show, and probably failed at that to.
"What does it look like I'm doing?" He had to bite his tongue on the other comment he'd almost shot at her. Toshirou was trying to be polite, but it usually never worked out as he was so easily annoyed.
Kurogane had slipped onto the balcony a while ago, he was currently training with Ginryuu. He was used to weilding this blade, it has belonged to his father. He moved swiftly through the movements he'd learned from his father so many years ago. Kurogane brought the sword down noticing the white haired boy close by, making him pause to look at the boy for a moment.
Sheathing Ginryuu but keeping it in his hand, the pilot moved to stand beside the youth. He silently watched the clouds roll by, not one to ask about peoples problems. If they wanted to tell him, he would at least listen.
Toshirou froze as he felt a presence at his back. What was with people suddenly taking an interest in what he was doing? Brow furrowing he turned towards the other person and raised an eyebrow inquiringly.
"What?" He asked almost growling at the other man before he stopped himself. He'd also promised Heihachi he'd be a little nicer to people, seemed he failed at everything he tried to do lately. "You got a problem?"

Kurogane looked at him, noting that the kid was holding a bokken.
"You won't do anyone much damage with that....." said Kurogane usual calm face in place. He knew what had happened a little while ago with kid and the weird sword he had. He could understand why the kid was practicing, he sighed turning to look at the kid properly.
"Want to show me what you got?" he asked showing that he had his own sword to spar a little with the boy.
Tis quite alright I'm about to die myself lol.......graveyard shift is funlilshiro_kunMarch 19 2009, 16:04:28 UTC
Instead of the retort he'd almost shot back at the taller man, Toshirou gave the man a look that said he was a complete idiot for stating the obvious. He knew he wouldn't do any damage with a bokken, that was kind of the point at the moment.
Wait had the man just asked him to spar? Blinking in surprise Toshirou narrowed his eyes at him suspiciously. There had to be a catch right? "Like I have anything better to do." It had been a long time since he'd sparred just for the hell of it. Everytime he drew his blade it was to fight, but this wasn't Hyorinmaru, it was just a spar, a way to test his skills.
Ahahaha, poking the grump again. :3icaruschmicarusMarch 19 2009, 04:30:33 UTC
It was almost odd, how restless he was these days. Hibari made his way through the ship, wandering through the corridors, observing, in his own quiet way, what everyone else was up to without actually participating in any of it. He needed a walk, he figured. The hangar deck was starting to look crowded with all of the new faces.
At the moment, he found himself at the balcony again, with a very familiar figure in the distance - that white-haired grump of a kid, and he seemed to be practicing with a sword.
lol poke away =Plilshiro_kunMarch 19 2009, 05:32:57 UTC
Just how many people were going to bug him today? Pausing in the middle of the form he turned towards the speaker and groaned. Not this guy again. Narrowing his eyes at the other man Toshirou felt like hurling the bokken at taller man's head.
"I'll be fine. I'm not a damn child, alright." It wasn't like he was worried about hurting himself, the worst he could get from this thing was a splinter anyway.
"You look and carry yourself like one, therefore, you are."
Even as he insulted the younger man, however, Hibari was already studying the way that the former carried himself. Certainly not a novice, this one. Of course, to conclude that he was possibly worth sparring with might have been another matter altogther.
"Bastard." Toshirou growled. He absolutely hated anyone insuiating that he was a child. Just because everyone was so much taller than him everyone thought he was a kid. It pissed him off.
Barely keeping his temper in check he glared at the taller man. "I strongly suggest you leave me alone." He was not in the best of moods and this guy was making things worse. Beating the crap out of him probably wouldn't make him feel any better but it might knock that bastards smug look off his face.
