Rikku was hobbling around, passing out air fresheners and opening all the windows and doors she could to help get the smell of cinnamon and feet gone. She run into almost everybody...

And then literally ran into Vash. Curse these braces--it made her legs all heavy and crap! She was constantly tripping over her cane or her own feet!

"Oh, sorry!"

"Gah-!"

He couldn't stop in time to avoid it, and ended up tripping while he was trying to untangle himself from her, the shotgun under his coat making an audible clang! when he hit the ground.

Vash picked himself off the floor with as much dignity as he could muster, "Rikku! Are you okay? Have you seen Hana?"

"Hi Vash! Yes, I'm okay, no I haven't seen Hana, and what just went 'clunk'?"

Rikku scrambled up, collecting her bag of air fresheners. Wow, today was hectic. "Want a donut-scented air freshener?"

As if summoned by the offer of air-fresheners Ryoji poked his head out of his room right across the hall. HIs face still held a green palor from the smell of pickles in the air, and his eyes were droppy from sleep, but he managed a week smile at Vash and Rikku.

"What's going on?"

Luffy was as usual, bored. There wasn't much to do as usual, especially since there were no sky whales to fish or donuts to eat. But man, was he hungry! He hadn't eaten anything for a whole hour already! The powder monkey was hungry alright, and that meant food. And food meant the kitchens, which was exactly where the boy was heading now.

And as usual, he ended up starting to wander around the ship instead. The rubber teenager wasn't quite clear on exactly where he was (along the corridors? That seemed plausible) when he saw Vash rushing down tha hall way, coat flapping behind him. Luffy decided to see what Donut Man was doing to be in such a hurry - it was awfully rare to see him this flustered hurried.

"Heya Vash!" he chirped from a distance while stretching himself to catch up with the former first-mate now captain. "What cha' doing now?"

He heard Luffy before he saw him - that was usually how it happened, to the point that Vash was no longer startled to see the odd stretching that Luffy so often used. It was kind of neat, really.

"Official business!" he said, not at all caring that it wasn't the same explanation he had given Rikku and Ryoji, who were still following him. The infirmary was just down the hall, and Vash quickened his pace, nearly jogging by the time he got to the door.

Vash marched into the infirmary, the donut air fresheners now tucked under his arm as he took a good look around the room.

Ness was having a terrible day. He had just made the worst decision ever the previous night and now he was too weak to go back on it. Life was being unkind to him. He was going nowhere but down. For now, he was sulking around the infirmary, hoping that no one would be coming in.

Imagine his surprise when an entire parade of crew members come marching in.

"...Captain?" He asked. "What's going on?"

Though, he didn't sound very interested in hearing what was going on.

Rikku couldn't respond to Ryoji as Luffy joined and Vash opened the door to the infirmary and found...

Thankfully not Hana. Rikku waved weakly before setting another air freshener aside for the infirmary.

It felt good to be doing honest work. Hana had just finished cleaning out one of the supply closets (after overcoming a bit of unexplainable anxiety), and was feeling quite proud of himself. That closet had been a real mess, and now it was spic and span!

"...Hana...?" Ness repeated, staring dumbly at Vash for a second, as if he didn't understand the question. "...oh! He's at the supply closet down the hall."

What did Vash want with Hana, anyways?

Rikku groaned and hit her head with her palm, "Bad idea, Ness..."

With all the racket happening out there in the halls near her cabin, a very angry blond stormed out from her room looking like the devil's incarnate.
"What the bloody funk is happening here!?" Elysia yelled out towards the others. She spotted the hooligans further up the hallway talking amongst themselves.

The assassinreporter had half-a-mind to snatch out her tranquilizer gun from her room to sedate this group of loud thespians, but she decided against it. Elysia would have a daunting time trying to explain why she carries such a gun if she is suppose to be a reporter.

Therefore for now, these wild crew men are safe from the wrath of Elysia 'Lucky' Carter...

"Can't you take this little act of yours SOMEWHERE else?!"
