7/24/2008Up at 0400 this morning in the hope of being the first group to the checkpoint. We slept OK, although i was pretty congested from inhaling several pounds of trail dust. That might have been a bit of blessing though. It rained in the night which seemed to activate all of the dried piss in the ground. The place smelled awful... Anyways, most
