I think I finally understand the phrase "the truth shall set you free". Everyone makes mistakes and lives through bad experiences. But the shame does not have to control you. You are the master of your own life.

I just got back from the Post Secret event. It was an eye-opener. I had no idea that so many of my fellow students were carrying such things around with them.
