I am currently watching a group on the telly called "Red Hot Chilly Pipers" playing "We Will Rock You" on the bagpipes.

My friend is getting us tickets to see Equus. We'll probably go for a posh cream tea in a nice hotel before seeing Daniel Radcliffe strip naked. I hear the play is very interesting, but that's honestly not why I'm going.

I think this entry is proof that livejournal isn't just about exhibiting ourselves in order to recieve some sort of validation. I don't usually get comments from people anyway. Today I became a member of the Royal Geographical Society. The Institution that supported Darwin, Richard Burton and Sir Edmund Hillary. I love that I can just come and go as I please, have lunch in the tea room, use the Foyle reading room, and attend Monday night lectures. Can't wait for this week's one on Peru. Bomb scare today at the office. We recieved a parcel addressed to Brittany Spears. Turns out it was some return mail. There is a brittany spears in the database-set up as a demo for a training course. When a registration packet was sent out-then returned-the mail room freaked out. My office was on the news.
