[France is sitting on a bench in the park. Being in such an open space when he knows someone out there has a card with his name on it probably isn't the smartest move, but he needed fresh air to think about the contents of that letter.

It was just one person. One person, whose name she never knew before today, who she had never seen. One person, for all of the people in her nation, for her sister. The pictures in her hands burn, the gun in her purse just as hot. The guilt will fade, she tries to tell herself, it had to be done.
Swallowing, a small shudder runs through her as she forces herself to become more aware of her surroundings. It's not smart to be this distracted, not when this town is falling apart. Her eyes fall on France and slowly Romana makes her way over, forcing her face into a neutral, if not bored look. She doesn't need concern from him, or anyone. He almost stops when he nears the bench France is sitting on, but no. He can't stop. He can't worry about every single person he passes. It'd be nerve-wracking.]

Caesar considers just walking on by. It's tempting. He doesn't, however, and instead slows to a stop, regarding France with a fairly neutral expression.]
