So... Yes. Got the disability. Did not get SSI. Still doing part-time work, for now. Waiting to see if anything improves after the next mess.

So, after ages and epns, finally got to try the doctor thing again. The stroke (that wasn't) made me doc decide they'd better check the everything, so sometime next month, I have to go get a growth ("It's aggressive, not cancer. Yet,"sez them ) removed. I am writing this from my... What, fourth? Third doctor appointment so far this month. The SSI people are unhelpfully not calling me back to explain one of their "wants" and failed to send the sase they said to return shit in, so of course it's due in 3 days. SSD, on the other hand, remembered their sases and I've managed to get one set of papers ( Read more... ) -

though I do know I dislike the space bar only working part-time. Quite aggravating, that, and requiring much backspacing.
