Double Breasted Uncertainty

I pressed all the vest edges, and did the side seam in the outer fabric (the inner has to be whipped by hand). I'm almost tempted to not do any buttonholes before I bring it to my dad, because I've never made a double breasted vest before, and I have very little experience with large bellies, but I really want it done! Yep, the buttonholes won't change. You could go ahead and sew them (I guess they're stitched and not welted?) and then cut just the outermost line, so if you absolutely have to you can adjust the closeness of each line.
