Did I mention I'm trying to cut down my dairy intake? I know, wtfbbq because oh I love you cheese. Love you so dearly. However, I've been lactose intolerant since I was fifteen and much like recognizing I'm going on nearly 20 years of bad sleep that's 15 of flatulence based on dairy consumption. And I am about to stop dairy....again. It makes me sick. And I LOVE it. Fucking cheese and all it's deliciously addictive qualities!

Monday I'm starting another juice fast because I am stress eating like woah. It really makes not eating cheese easier for me to do it this way.
